It's been a while....yet a PRODUCTIVE while

Well, the title says it all. I have had some breakthroughs, namely in historical character background building, event building and the final touches to a long worked on prologue. It is a matter of writing the prologue then, and then begins the first chapters. I have been both awed and inspired by Tolkien's work of recent, and hope to approach at least a portion of the scale he created. A truly amazing writer he was! I've been rolling a few interesting ideas around in my head, trying to solidify plot lines more, although i need to work on the parallel plots quite a fair bit more. Consider this a progress update, a memory dump of thoughts really at the moment. Although, I can tell you, this will be epic, so stay tuned.
